If you decide you are not happy with the appliances within the first 14 days of your rental, we will remove the appliances at no cost to you and refund all charges incurred. Not a problem.

1. What types of appliances do you offer for rent?
We offer either used or NEW washers and dryers for rent at a reasonable price. If you’re unsure whether we can take care of your specific need, feel free to contact us for more information.
2. What forms of payment do you accept?
At the time of delivery, we require a credit or debit card as your primary form of payment, which will be charged automatically each month. We also require a second card as a backup form of payment in the event of any issues with the primary card.
3. Is a credit check required?
No, we do not require a credit check to rent our appliances at this time.
4. What do you charge for delivery and installation?
We do not currently charge any additional fees for delivery or installation of your washer/dryer. It is included in your monthly rental cost.
5. Who takes care of repairs is something goes wrong with my appliance?
All repairs, transportation and delivery (if required for repair) are the responsibility of Leander Solutions. As the renter, you just give us a call and let us know there is an issue and we will address the repair within 48 hours at no charge to you.
6. Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, we require that all washers/dryers are rented for a minimum of 6 months. After the initial 6-month period, the rental switches to a month-to-month rental which allows you to cancel at any time with 14-days notice and request free appliance removal. Canceling in the first 6 months will result in a $50 early cancellation fee.
7. Are there any other charges due at delivery?
We only require a low $50 security deposit in order to rent our appliances. We know it's not easy coming up with extra cash for "hidden fees", so we have kept it as manageable as possible and take on the majority of the "risk" in this transaction in order to make it easier for our customers.
